At Suerte Alta, almost half of us are celiac. Miriam, Toñi, Mariana and I (Carlota) have been following a gluten-free diet for years. For this reason we know an endless number of gluten-free recipes that use EVOO and we want to share them with our readers. We have prepared a compilation of gluten-free recipes: from meals to snacks and dinners suitable for celiacs and gluten intolerants.
All our cookbook is made up of homemade recipes. We have a large number of recipes that are typical from Andalusia. We also have very sophisticated homemade recipes, prepared by our family's timeless cook, the unique Paca.
We are proud to present you with our virtual recipe book that includes a photographic report of all the steps needed to prepare a recipe.
In each dish we explain which Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) from Suerte Alta we have used and why. Our goal is that our readers to learn to cook with different varieties of EVOO.
