As a result there are an endless number of national dishes that incorporate fish. We have prepared a selection of Andalusian and Madrid dishes that include fish.
All our cookbook is made up of homemaderecipes. We have a large number of recipes that are typical from Andalusia. We also have very sophisticated homemade recipes, prepared by our family's timeless cook, the unique Paca.
