As a result there are an endless number of national dishes that incorporate fish. We have prepared a selection of Andalusian and Madrid dishes that include fish.
All our cookbook is made up of homemade recipes. We have a large number of recipes that are typical from Andalusia. We also have very sophisticated homemade recipes, prepared by our family's timeless cook, the unique Paca.

In each dish we explain which Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) from Suerte Alta we have used and why. Our goal is that our readers to learn to cook with different varieties of EVOO.
