Gluten free pizza dough



  • 250 g / 9 oz of flour
  • ½ fresh yeast tablet (12,5 g / ½ oz)
  • 250 ml / 8 ½ oz of water
  • 2 tablespoons of EVOO Picual
  • A pinch of salt


Mix the flour with the yeast. Heat the water for 2 minutes on medium, so that the water is hot, but does not boil. Mix the flour with the yeast, water and oil in a bowl. Add a pinch of salt. Put the dough in the baker until it evolves (time depending on the bakery). When the baker is finished, remove the dough and spread it on a surface. Add pizza ingredients to taste.

Use of the Picual: This is an EVOO with tomato notes that make it ideal for encourage the tomato of our pizza.
