Garlic chicken



  • 1 chicken
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 1 glass of EVOO Arbequina
  • 1 glass of water
  • Salt


Make a little slit in the garlic so it doesn't pop. Chop the chicken into small pieces. Pour 1 glass of EVOO into a pot and heat on medium. Add the garlic and bay leaf and fry for a couple of minutes. Add the chicken. Add salt. Brown the chicken for 15-20 minutes. Pour 1 glass of white wine and a glass of water and leave for 15/20 minutes without the cover.

Use of Arbequino: We choose Arbequino because it is a soft EVOO as the garlic is already strong.
