EASY LEMON CAKE RECIPE

Ingredientes

  • ½ lemon yogurt
  • 2 measures (with the yogurt cup) of flour with integrated yeast. If you us another flour, please include ½ in the yeast packet.
  • 1 measure (with the yogurt cup) of sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ measured (with the yogurt cup) of EVOO Arbequina
  • Lemon peel

PREPARATION

Spread a baking tin with butter and flour and put baking paper at the bottom of the tin to prevent the cake from sticking.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl and blend. Pour the mixture into the pan and put the pan in the oven at 180 degrees up and down. Preheat the oven for 10 minutes. Bake for 20/25 minutes.
 

Use of Arbequino: We choose Arbequino because it is a soft and sweet EVOO with banana and apple notes that makes it ideal for desserts.
