Chicken rolls



  • 1 chicken breast fillet
  • 5 slices of Serrano ham
  • 5 white asparagus
  • 1 onion
  • 3 garlic
  • 1 glass of white wine
  • 2 tablespoons of EVOO Arbequina
  • Salt and pepper


Chop onion and garlic. Cut asparagus in two. Cut the ham slices in two. Season the chicken fillets with salt and pepper. Place a slice of ham and ½ asparagus on top of each fillet. Roll up the fillets and secure them with a stick.

Fry the onion and garlic over medium heat for 3-4 minutes. Add the rolls and brown them (approximately 7-8 minutes). Pour a glass of wine and cook for 10 minutes.

Use of the Arbequino: We choose the Arbequino because it is a soft and sweet EVOO that makes it ideal for balancing the saltiness of the ham.
