Картофель нарезать кубиками. Варить в кастрюле с 1 Л воды, 1 лавровым листом, солью и 2
столовыми ложками EVOO. Добавить картофель и варить 8-10 минут. Процедить картофель. Обжарить картофель на сковороде с 250 мл EVOO.
