Crafted from a blend of four varieties (Arbosana, Picual, Arbequina, Picuda) harvested at their optimal moment, resulting in an AOVE with a sweet, smooth and well-balanced entry, evolving into a moderate pungency and bitterness. Arbosana and Arbequina provide a green fruity profile, with aromas reminiscent of green banana and green apple, and great aromatic persistence. Picual and Picuda add complexity and character, with clearly herbaceous nuances, delivering a longer and well-balanced finish.
