Orders are subject to availability and the offer does not become a contract until CORTIJO DE SUERTE ALTA accepts it. By clicking on "Order" you are placing a binding order for the EVOO in your shopping cart. When you place your order, we will send you an email with confirmation of your order. Just after we accept your offer by sending you this email acceptance, your order, as well as the order number, forms a contract of sale between you and CORTIJO DE SUERTE ALTA S.L.
2. Orders placed in our online shop must be for personal use only. The product purchased in our online shop cannot be resold.
3. The EVOO images that appear on the online shop and on the Web are just for illustrative purposes only. We cannot guarantee that they accurately reflect the product.
4. Deliveries will only be made in the European Union. If the order is made from a place where we do not make deliveries, it will be cancelled, and a refund will be made.
5. Delivery times are not guaranteed and are not binding. If we are unable to meet the original estimated delivery time indicated in the acceptance message, we will inform you as soon as possible and specify a new, non-binding delivery time.

PRICES AND DELIVERY COSTS
1. The established prices for the oils on the date the order is placed shall apply.
2. The established prices for the oils include the value added tax in Europe at the applicable legal tax rate.

1. You must pay the oil by credit or debit card, through Paypal or in any other way indicated on the payment page.
2. The total amount of the oils will be charged to your card or your Paypal account at the time we send the oil or a little earlier.
3. Any credit or debit card is subject to verification of the identity of the cardholder and the authorization of the card issuer. If the card issuer refuses to authorize the payment, we will not be able to accept your order, we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we will not be obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.
1. When you buy Suerte Alta´s oil you do not have a legal right of withdrawal as it is food. Therefore, Suerte Alta does not admit returns unless the items are broken or defective (in case the goods have been damaged by the carrier), in which case the goods will be replaced.
2. Order cancellations are not accepted.
3. What shall you do if your goods have been damaged by the carrier? Write us an email to email@example.com indicating in the subject RETURN or call us to the phone number 628344456.
4. Once we receive the return from the carrier in our mill, we will proceed to refund the amount charged or to replace the goods, according to what you tell us.
