Tender strips of beef and vegetables with texture, all glazed with just the right balance of sweet and sour reminiscent of Asian stir-fries, but with the unmistakable hallmark of EVOO.
Picual, the most intense of our EVOOs, holds up well to the quick searing of the meat without losing body, while also adding a slight bitterness that balances the sweetness of the honey and the Modena vinegar.

Notes
- We chose Picual because it is ideal for meat stews. An EVOO with balanced bitterness and aromas of green leaf, tomato plant and citrus: the most intense of our EVOOs, perfect for bold dishes.
- If you prefer, the Modena vinegar can be reduced separately in a saucepan for a more concentrated glaze.
- It pairs well with white rice to make the most of the sweet and sour sauce.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, reduce the vinegar and honey separately in a saucepan before mixing them with the meat.
