However, it should be noted that olive oil is a product that must be stored properly and consumed within a certain period of time from the date of packaging, since over time it may lose some of its organoleptic properties such as smell, taste, or color. <\/p><p>Unless proven otherwise, the Products shall be deemed to conform to the contract provided that they meet all of the following requirements: a) They match the description provided by <strong>SUERTEALTA<\/strong> and possess the qualities of the Product that <strong>SUERTEALTA<\/strong> presented to the user; b) They are fit for the purposes for which products of the same type are ordinarily used; c) They show the quality and performance customary for a Product of the same type that the consumer and user may reasonably expect, given the nature of the Product.  <\/p><p>The return shall be made at no cost to the User, provided it has been agreed with <strong>SUERTEALTA<\/strong> and that the transport service for the return has been specifically arranged by <strong>SUERTEALTA<\/strong>. Except where the parties have agreed otherwise in writing (email, etc.), <strong>SUERTEALTA<\/strong> will not refund any transport costs incurred by the user or arranged by the user personally.<br \/>To formalize the return, the User must contact <strong>SUERTEALTA<\/strong> using the form provided below in point 8.2, indicating the Product or Products being returned and a detailed account of the defects observed.
