It is a family selection of varieties, composed of 35% Arbequino - 35% Arbosana - 20% Manzanilla - 10% Picual, giving rise to an EVOO with a predominance of fruity with herbaceous touches. It has a sweet entry followed by a characteristic spiciness on the palate. Medium fruity with aromas reminiscent of green apple and banana, characteristic of Arbequina and Arbosana. The Manzanilla and Picual give it greater complexity and stability and herbaceous aromas.

TASTING NOTES
Sweet entry followed by a characteristic spiciness in the mouth. Medium fruity with aromas reminiscent of green apple and green banana, characteristic of Arbequina and Arbosana. The Manzanilla and Picual varieties provide greater complexity and stability, along with herbaceous aromas.
